File Upload

To send use your files you can use our secure upload facility using the ‘Upload my files; button below. This uses our hightail.com secure account to encrypt your files and securely send them to us.

We also accept files via multiple methods to suit your needs; these include WeTransfer, Dropbox, YouSendIt etc. You can of course choose to email you files to us with a maximum file-size of 5mb. If choosing your own file-transfer method please contact us on info@transcriptionsunlimited.co.uk first to notify us that you will be sending over a file and by which method.

Is my data secure?

All data in transit is encrypted using strong SSL/TLS 1.2 or greater encryption up to 256-bit and supporting forward secrecy. File names are dynamically scrambled. Data is encrypted in motion and at rest.

Our file transfer service uses AES-256 bit encryption using dynamically managed keys with real-time revocation and full auditing on the back end.
