Security & Confidentiality

Transcriptions Unlimited provides robust security assurance. We take the security of our clients data extremely seriously. All of our work is done in-house without any use of subcontractors. Documents are placed on our secure document repository. Only one copy is downloaded onto an individual PC’s for the actual transcribing task. No further copies are taken. Transcripts can be anonymised, if required. A customer or job specific non-disclosure agreement  can be signed if required by a customer. All audio files are automatically deleted  after the project close date and formatted transcriptions are deleted  unless the customer specifies otherwise. 

Our processes and technology are compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation.

We are already bound by the many Universities we work for and their Data Protection policy by virtue of our past and current work.
